Our Italian Semolina is made with Durham wheat flour, and a natural sourdough starter. Mild light taste. Great for garlic bread, sandwiches, or the best french toast.
Our Seedless White Rye is made with white rye flour and natural sourdough starter, with sour milk. Mild rye taste, no seeds.
Our Black Russian is made with dark rye flour (pumpernickle) and natural sourdough starter, with a touch of honey. Stronger rye taste and a beautiful
black color. Great with fresh tomato and good cheese.
Our German Rye is made with dark rye flour and natural sourdough starter
with caraway seeds. Stronger taste. The best with cream of potato or split pea and ham soup.
Our Whole Wheat is made with course ground wheat flour and natural sour- dough starter with a touch of honey. It is the base for our Harvest Wheat(with sunflower and flax seed), 7-Grain(spelt, oat, barley, triticale, rye, red and white grains.) and our Golden Raisin(Golden raisins, cinnamon, honey).
Our Foccacia is flat bread baked with olive oil and fresh garlic. Makes the best pizza for a quick dinner.
We make Sourdough or Italian Rolls to order, plain, poppy seed, sesame seed, onion, garlic, or all four.
On Sundays only, Mike makes his Pepperoni Bread. It has a Itailin Semolina base, with Italian seasonings, Romano cheese, and fine diced pepperoni. After the first rise the dough is rolled out and layered with more pepperoni and mozzerella cheese and then rolled and baked.
