The Red House Bakery and Deli opened it's doors on
April 14 2006.
Owner and Baker Mike Dreisch is responsible for all the wonderful taste and smells. Mike's mother always made homemade bread, and he grew up savoring the flavor and texture you can not get from massed produced bread. Mike has had the dream of owning a bakery since he was big enough to start learning how to bake from his mother (Cathy). Mike has been a chef for 15 years, and is now living his dream of a bakery.
If you like the taste and texture of Old-World, Artisian breads or have never had the pleasure, you must come visit us. Our breads are all natural. We add no preservatives or sugar and no fats. All of the breads are naturally leavened with sourdough, and baked on bricks to give a crust and texture that is hard to beat, and to find. The crisp crust and natural sourdough starter both act as natural preservatives.
Don't take our word for it, we invite you to come in and see and taste for yourself.

The Deli is now open and we are waiting for you!
